Explore Student Aid Options with FAFSSA4caster
The United States Department of Education has a new website, FAFSAforcaster.ed.gov. During this time of rising student loan rates, their site will allow potential students to get a better idea of the type of financial aidlinks they can receive:

"If you want to begin exploring your financial aid options and get an early start on the financial aid process, FAFSA4caster is for you! By using FAFSA4caster, you and your family will receive an early estimate of eligibility for federal student aid. This Web site provides you with an opportunity to increase your knowledge of the financial aid process; become familiar with the various types of federal student aid that are available; and investigate other sources of aid, such as grants and scholarships."
If you're enrolled in a regionally accredited online college, chances are you may be eligible for some form of financial aid. You can use their forecaster to see what you qualify for then transfer the information to the actual FAFSA forms online. Check it out here: FAFSA4caster.
