Azuna-Pacific University is the most racist school I have ever encountered: after visiting this campus from Florida and watching their women's soccer team in National Tournament, my parents made us leave the game and the campus after over heaing countless racist comments towards exchange students and foreign students from other schools. I heard the 'N' word three times by parents of players and three students while on the campus, I also heard 'go back to the boat' yelled toward a jamacian girl from the opposing soccer team. I heard APU parents yelling 'spearchucker' when a black girl was throwing the ball in during the final four game. It is embarassing and I recommend NO ONE foreign student or any student of any color attend Azuna-Pacific. They have a bad history of poor sportsmanship and it stems directly from their hired staff and any of their coaches...I have read on other blogs of coaches who have left the university because of racism.
Please be aware of these low-class adults with low levels of education supporting this school.
I hope it changes at some point but until they find new mentors for their youth....I was forced to find another college and I could not be happier.
